Refund policy

Final Sale Policy
All purchases are considered final unless specific conditions apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for return if eligible.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item has been used or worn.
  • More than 30 days have passed since purchase.
  • The item was purchased on sale or at a discounted price.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final.

European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, email us at info@shothaven.com with details and photos of the item and your reason for return. We will review your request and let you know if it qualifies.
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions, including where to send the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
